Nkandu Luo Bemoans Poor Reading Culture In The Country

Minister of Higher Education Nkandu Luo has bemoaned the poor reading culture in the country exhibited by some members of the society.
Professor Luo says the low levels of literacy in the country are one of the reasons people are being mislead on National issues.
Speaking during the Grand opening of a new upgraded book world store at Manda Hill in Lusaka today, Professor Luo said that the poor reading culture among Zambians is rampant saying that people need to adopt the reading culture to be more knowledgeable on the affairs of the country.
